How many agency creatives have ever stood on a set and wanted to change places with the director? Well, I was one of those people and about nine years ago, decided to do just that. After several years working at places like Foote Cone & Belding and Saatchi, plus several smaller San Francisco agencies (not including a stop at Sun Microsystems), I made the leap. First to Tom Donald Creative, an independent creative service, and finally, to Tom Donald Films.

Which brings us to the present. Our emphasis is on TV commercials, as befitting my background in advertising, I suppose, but also because I just love making these little 30-second films. That said, we also quite happily do corporate films as well as the occasional radio campaign. In fact, I think if there’s a point of difference for our firm, it’s that we really love what we do. And that shows in the work. And I hope you’ll agree once you’ve seen it.
